If coral was/is edible, could vegans eat it without remorse?

Also, do vegans eat sea urchin or sea cucumber? They're all "animals"|||I can't give a blanket statement including all vegans regarding feeling remorse, but sea cucumbers, coral and sea urchins are not part of a Vegan diet.

And you CAN eat coral - coral calcium is a top selling supplement.|||Corals are actually related to Jellyfish (they are both cnidarians) so they would be animals. Corals are also symbiotic in that they contain microscopic algae that the jellyfish part feeds on. Sea urchins and sea cucumbers are both echinoderms and are related to sea stars.

Parrot fish are one of the few animals that eat coral. Their poop eventual ends up as white sand beaches.

Both Sea Urchins and Cucumbers are popular in Asian cuisine. Sea cucumbers have been overharvested in some areas to the point they were almost wiped out. This includes the Galapagos Islands:

1. it wouldn't be wise to eat coral if you are conscious about the environment.

2. I would still not eat coral if it wasn't in danger.

and no...(for the urchin)......and no (for the cucumbers).|||i thought vergetartians dont eat animals|||No they do not eat those things.
