You can roast it by putting it near the butt of a certain someone who might enjoy that ;) Then you with the hotness and goodness of his warm self it shall roast your cucumber.|||Unfortunately, you can't just roast one and eat it. They are similar to a sponge in texture and must be marinated for several days before cooking. I have a book called Bottoms Up Cookery that has a recipe for sea cucumber, but it was so involved that I vever even bothered to collect a sea cucumber to try the recipe.
