How do sea cucumbers defend themselves?

I have been wondering this ever since i was a wee lad|||No idea. I just think sea cucumbers are the most rediculous creatures to live in the sea. And i hate cucumbers.|||They are defenceless.|||I believe some of them have poisonus spines but i cant be certain... they probly don't taste good either tho so maybe nothing likes them.|||Haven't you seen Jackass 1.....ha ha ha|||They shoot stuff outta their butt... seriously!|||They don't, they lay there because they look like rocks , its camouflage|||They wear a red aids ribbon.|||pickle juice...they use pickle juice.
